Robert has successfully founded or acquired businesses in which he and teams he assembled operated primary metals, merchant banking, marine and aerospace distribution, oil services, and solid waste. He is regarded as a “change agent” who has consistently introduced new processes and methods to better serve the company’s customers. Onosys has a superior online/mobile food solution to which he and the Onosys team are committed to expanding its product lines to contribute to customer success. Robert’s role will be to enhance strategy and engage in business development initiatives.
Having held multiple CFO, VP, and Sr. Management positions in the technology distribution, software development, and financial industries, at companies such as KeyBank and Ernst & Young, Chris is a seasoned executive. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, including finance, accounting, forecasting, budgeting, human resources, legal, business administration and day-to-day oversight of company management.
Matthew has over a dozen years of experience in the software industry working for Fortune 500 companies and fast pace internet companies alike. He has spent the last several years at Onosys leading the software development, design, and QA teams, streamlining processes, and maintaining a secure hosting environment for PCI compliance.
As Principal Architect and Sr. Manager of Engineering, Ryan's knowledge and vision have guided Onosys in the development of the restaurant industry's most flexible and capable online ordering platform. Prior to his work with Onosys, Ryan developed technological solutions for the manufacturing and banking industries at Parker Hannifin and Citizen's Bank.
Robert has 30 years of success in business development, enterprise software sales, and startups. As VP of MenuLink for 10 years he led a team of 85 to astonishing sales levels. While at XPIENT for 9 years oversaw all aspects of their 12 largest chains such as Taco Bell, Carl’s Jr, Jack in the Box, and Panda Express naming a few. His integrity and respect in the industry is second to none. Robert will be responsible for all sales initiatives!
Matthew has led design, user experience, and frontend development at Onosys since 2011. He is now focusing on process and product. Prior to Onosys, he built custom e-commerce solutions for the small business market. And today, Matthew continues to run his own design and development consultancy.
R. David Hoover retired from Ball Corporation as chief executive officer in January 2011 after 41 years of service. He retired as Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2013.
Mr. Hoover serves on the boards of Ball Corporation, Eli Lilly and Company, Energizer Holdings, Inc., and Steelcase Inc. Additionally, he serves as the Chairman of the Board for Elanco Animal Health Incorporated. He is a former member of the board of the National Association of Manufacturers and former member and past chair of the Can Manufacturers Institute.
Mr. Hoover is a member and past chair of the board of trustees of DePauw University and serves on the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Dean’s Council. He is also a director of Boulder Community Health and Children’s Hospital Colorado.
John Spiers is a serial entrepreneur based in Boulder, CO. He co-founded venture-backed LeftHand Networks, a market leader in virtualized, scale-out data storage, and served as LeftHand’s Chief Technology Officer. In 2010 John co-founded NexGen Storage, developing the market’s first data storage system architected for flash memory, and served as NexGen’s CEO.
John was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award finalist in 2005 & 2006, and was selected by Boulder Chamber of Commerce for the Esprit Entrepreneur of Distinction award in 2006. John is a graduate from Colorado State University with a degree in Engineering.
Mr. Alpert has executed more than fifty industrial start-ups and has completed a variety of successful business acquisitions, including numerous special situations involving the acquisition of undervalued assets. He has developed a unique expertise in project development, project finance, and consolidation.
Mr. Alpert founded numerous companies in the metals industries. He initiated the purchase of the largest inventory of aviation spare parts ever sold from the Bankruptcy Estate of Eastern Air Lines, Inc., oil service equipment, raw materials and manufacturing equipment. In 1997 Mr. Alpert acquired Land 'N' Sea and subsequently through internal growth and acquisitions became a national seller of marine parts and accessories. It was sold to Brunswick in 2004. He was an original founder of Republic Waste Services, Inc., which became Republic Services and Auto Nation.
Current real estate developer and investor. Todd has developed, annexed, platted, established Metro Districts and performed Entitlements for various subdivisions in Colorado and South Carolina.
Todd was the President and COO of TARCO Inc. a heavy civil contractor in Colorado. He has over 35 years of turnkey development with a high annual revenue of $80 million and over $1 billion in construction projects across the Rocky Mountain Region.
Todd was also the Co-Founder of the Heavy Equipment Brokerage, GTM Sales, Inc. He also started a private money lending company called TABS, LLC in 2013, where serves as the Managing Partner. Providing creative financial solutions to real estate investors in Colorado.
He also has served as the Board Member for multiple Metro Districts such as Rocking Horse, Buffalo Run, Spring Mesa, Burdick Industrial, Meades Crossing and charitable organizations such as Mt. St Vincent, Boys Hope, and Brents Place from 1990-2019.
Chris Anderle is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in public accounting, financial services and technology services industries. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University in 1987, Chris started his business career at Ernst & Young providing clients audit and tax services.
In 1995, Chris joined KeyBank as a Vice President in their Corporate Wealth Transfer Group providing ownership succession planning services including Leverage Buyouts, ESOP’s and sale-side transaction consulting.
Since 2000, Chris has been the lead financial and operational executive for various companies including communication and data distribution, consumer products distribution, enterprise network monitoring and SaaS solutions.

Stephen Irish possess over 30 plus years of finance industry knowledge and experience as a competitive financial services and Private Equity executive and Business general manager. Mr. Irish’s strong track record is in creating, managing, growing profitable and turning around high margin businesses.
In 2019, Mr. Irish Co-Founded a Private Equity Fund with Dale Baker called Blue Ocean Fund, LLC. Funds were sourced from Two Family Offices and a number of High Net Worth Individuals. Prior to Blue Ocean, Mr. Irish lead another Private Equity group called Aeries Investments, LLC - 2014-2018. Sourced an Asset-Based Loan to Chef's Warehouse. Raising equity for Arrowsight, LLC., monetized a structured an off-balance sheet receivables transaction for Genesis Healthcare, Inc, and others.
Mr. Irish also has extensive executive operating experience. He worked his way up the ranks at Citibank, GE Capital, and Bank of America in various roles. Most recently served as CEO at Integrated Water Technologies from 2011-2014 and as CFO for NextHealth, LLC. from 2014-2018.
